Dear Dr. Juan Antonio,

I hope you don't mind me getting in touch with you.

I have a disproportionately thin upper lip which lends a general imbalance to the rest of my face. I have done some research into the various long term or permanent lip augmentation techniques and have come by fat or skin grafting as a possible permanent solution to my concern. (I am looking for a permanent solution because I don't want to incur the big costs that come with temporary fillers over the longer term.) I am happy to send you some photos of the area of my lips/face to show you what I am referring to by thin upper lip. Might you be able to perform the skin or fat grafting procedure to my upper lip? And, if so, would this offer a permanent effect?

I should also mention that I looked into the V to Y lip augmentation procedure but I believe this is a riskier technique. Would you be able to perform this also?

Best wishes,
Bethan
